Employee Instructions

To keep this website looking consistent please use the formatting as follows:

  • Years - Years are to be formatted as Heading 1

  • Meeting Dates - Meeting Dates are to be formatted as Heading 2 and shall say Meeting of (Date) such as “Meeting of December 1, 2099”

  • Sub-content - Some meetings may need sub-content such as “Budget Workshop 1” and shall be formatted as Heading 3

  • Meeting Content - All meeting content will be “normal” font. When entering a line below press Shift Enter instead of just Enter to keep spacing consistent.

  • When creating links to any file, document or video you MUST select “Open in a new Window”

  • Documents - ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PDF FILES!
  • If documents are too large to upload use Cyberduck (If you need help with this contact IT)
